Our issues: BALLOT REFORM

Working Families believes that no party has a monopoly on good ideas. That's why we're willing to support any Democrat, Republican, Progressive or independent who will really stand up for issues like affordable healthcare and decent jobs.

Right now, Working Families can support the best candidates and give our 'seal of approval' right on the ballot to the ones we support -- and signal to voters who is committed to standing up for us.

We support ballot reform to make our votes stronger and our voices louder by giving each party equal space on the ballot.

We would still be able to support the candidates from any party. But when we support another party's candidate, they'd be listed on the ballot twice. The votes would be counted seperately, and then added together. We'll be able to show politicians just how many votes they're getting because they're the best choice for working families.

This gives voters a way to make our values clearer and our voices louder to every politican.
